He has joined the Seminole State College since 2009, and he has been the advisor for Phi Theta Kappa, the international honors society for two year colleges, for the past several years. In addition to teaching, he also serves on the Florida Regional Advisory Board for Phi Theta Kappa and he serves as a committee member for IACUC with a Veterinary Technician program at an institution in South Florida.

Professor Buddemeyer completed her primary and post-secondary education in Rhode Island, earning a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Providence College in 2008. She attended the University of Vermont to pursue her graduate studies, earning her M.S. in Applied Mathematics in 2010. She began her teaching career in 2011, first working as an adjunct before joining Seminole State College as a full time math professor in 2012. She is an active member in the college community, serving on various college-wide and departmental committees and advising a student club.

Dr. Ying Zhen is an Associate Professor of Business and Economics at Wesleyan College, where she serves as the Economics Program Director. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Clark University in 2012 and joined the faculty of Wesleyan College right afterwards.Her major fields of specialization are Labor Economics, Cultural Economics and Industrial Organization. She considers economics a universal science, which should be open to everyone. Her ultimate goal is to help students see the world through the eyes of an economist, making them appreciate the beauty of economics and become civilized world citizens.

He then taught for several years in Georgia before moving on to prestigious Tsinghua University in Beijing. Now, Dr. Crippen has been teaching Writing at ASU for six years. Dr. Warnock received his M.A. and Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of South Carolina. He is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Wesleyan College. His research interests lie in the intersection of Number Theory and Modular Form Theory. In particular, he is interested in using modular forms to prove various families of congruences for variations of the partition function and other combinatorial functions.

While his teaching portfolio and academic interests are wide and diverse, his primary area of research has been in the History of Christianity, in particular, Late Antiquity (4th - 6th centuries).

Dr. Morrison founded the Association of Middle East Children’s and Youth Studies (AMECYS) in order to promote research on children and youth in the Middle East. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Palestinian-American Research Center (PARC). Her writing has appeared in Le Monde Diplomatique, Counterpunch, and Mondoweiss.

Dr. Barry is a PhD economist and lawyer, and is currently a tenured professor of economics at Mount St. Mary' s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Prior to coming to Mount St. Mary’s, Dr. Barry served in various positions in government and the private sector. He spent five years as an international economist with the U.S. International Trade Commission, for which he spent significant amount of time in China, Taiwan, the former Soviet Union, Asia, and Eastern Europe. He has also served as an economist for the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Commercial Law Development Project in Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Croatia. During 1996-97, Dr. Barry was an economist for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, working as an advisor to the Russian Ministry of Finance in Moscow. He has also worked as an associate at a major international law firm in Washington, Paris, and Moscow. While at the Mount, he has worked as a legal advisor with a team advising the government of Sri Lanka on a peace agreement with the Tamil Tiger rebel force. Dr. Barry holds 6 degrees in economics, Russian, law, and public policy from Georgetown University, The University of Maryland, American University, and the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Other professional experience includes work as a COBOL computer programmer, a sailing instructor on Lake Michigan, and in the Baltimore office of the Maryland State office of the Public Defender. Dr. Barry has served as a visiting professor in China, India, and Russia, and has worked or studied in more than 40 countries. He is fluent in Russian, and has studied Mandarin Chinese. He is married to Alla Barry of Uzbekistan, and they live in Bethesda, Maryland with their two boys, Luka and Tim.

She was the advisory editor of North American modernism for the Routledge Encyclopedia of Modernism and her publications can be found in several journals including the Oxford Art Journal, Criticism, Art in America and Critical Inquiry.
